In the register for E-mail News Service section you are asked to submit a contact name and e-mail address (the organisation name is optional). This information will be held in an address book and used to send e-mail messages to the nominated e-mail address. The e-mail address will not be visible to other parties receiving the message.
The Department will take all reasonable steps to ensure the data quality and security of your personal information and undertakes to remove it from the system when it is no longer required (except for archiving purposes).
